Q.How Long Can Daisies Survive After Being Dug Up From The Ground Before Transplanting?

Zone 68434 | lacynw added on May 12, 2020 | Answered

Someone gifted me daisies (not sure what variety, he said white petals and yellow centers) that he dug up from his garden, and I have not had a chance to put them in the ground the last 3-4 days. Is all hope lost or should I try to get them in the ground today and hope they’ll revive?

They will usually survive until the soil dries. Unfortunately, your photo did not come through so I cannot see the state of the clump.

The only thing to do is to plant it and wait!
