How Does One Get A Rosary Pea Seed To Germinate?

I am just curious on how one grows it. From a seed. My location is not right to keep it alive indefinitely.

This is very ill-advised. They are highly invasive, and with indoor cultivation accidental contact of deadly doses of the abrin within the seeds is highly likely. Depending on your local laws, cultivation may be against the law.
