How do you stop a tree from leaning over in the pot?

I have hibiscus trees planted in large plastic pots. Over time, they begin to lean. Is there a product that will help prevent this? I have to repot the trees every couple of years.

This normally happens due to a concentration of light on only one side of the tree. The plant leans towards the source of light and gradually becomes crooked. The most common solution for this issue is to turn the plant a quarter turn every few weeks. This helps to even out the sunlight on the plant and prevents the leaning.

The trunk remains straight. The tree leans over in the pot like the root ball is compressed. Is there a way to hold up the trunk of the tree or stabilize the root ball?
