Q.how do you prevent new yucca plants from forming

I have several yucca plants. I regularly trim the new (baby) plants that form at the base, but just after a few weeks there are new babies. How do I prevent this?

You cannot keep the plant from producing pups. This is simply part of the growing process. You can only keep them under control as much as possible with pruning, as you have been doing.
