How Do You Hand Pollinate Zucchini Flowers

Question

I do not use pesticides on my garden and I see a few bees but not many. I am not getting any zucchini and this is frustrating to me. I see small zucchini and then they fall off. I do have powdery mildew on my plants, however. How do you hand pollinate zucchini?
