How do you get rid of root maggots. I have an infestation with my kale and they’re killing all the kale

We plant kale on a pretty large scale. Found a bunch of kale dying or dead and upon further inspection found root maggots eating the roots. We sell our kale so we need something that’ll kill the root maggots but won’t be harmful for human consumption.
