How do you avoid worms inside the guavas

I have a guava tree and all my fruit has worms in them. How can I avoid this and the solution should be organic no chemicals as I have bees in my garden

You may need to make a positive id on the culprit to decide on the best course of treatment.
Sticky traps and Neem Oil or both safe and organic methods of pest control.
