Q.How Do I Prune My Outdoor Jimson Weed In The Winter?
The flowers stopped a few weeks ago, but the plants are now frozen and have leaves hanging off. How do I trim these plants so they grow well again next Spring?

If that truly is jimsonweed, you may be sorry when the seeds disperse. Jimsonweed is a summer annual and reproduces by seed, so you do not need to trim the plant other than remove the dead foliage. Besides being poisonous, it can become very aggressive. Here is more:
