How do I promote growth of this Golden Cane palm?

I’ve had the middle golden cane palm in the ground for about 10 years. I was just wondering what I need to do to encourage a quick growth spurt?

If you haven't fertilized it, then that would be a good place to start!

They only have a lifespan of about 10 years and can live a little longer.
