How Do I Prevent Worms in Growing Radishes?

These worms seem to be the larvae of flies and keep getting into the plants. What can be done about them?

You can try DE (https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/plant-problems/pests/pesticides/diatomaceous-earth-insect-control.htm ^[1]) or neem oil (https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/plant-problems/pests/pesticides/neem-oil-uses.htm ^[2]). Both are safe for human consumption and organic. They both work well to kill larva in plants before they get too far.
