You can try DE (https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/plant-problems/pests/pesticides/diatomaceous-earth-insect-control.htm [1]) or neem oil (https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/plant-problems/pests/pesticides/neem-oil-uses.htm [2]). Both are safe for human consumption and organic. They both work well to kill larva in plants before they get too far.
