How do I plant a Wisteria SEED

We found a wisteria pod at Biltmore Estate this last Christmas. I took it home and want to plant it. We only have 1 seed and I don’t want to mess it up! The vine it came from is ancient and has much history. How deep do I plant it? How much water do I give it? How long till it pops from the ground?
