How Do I Know When to Pick Potatoes

My potatoes have flowers for about three weeks. Would they be ready now?

You should be able to start harvesting your potatoes after the flowers die back. The tops will begin to look a bit “wilted”. You might test a section, because robbing a few new taters is always good.
