Q.Growing Watermelon Outside or in Greenhouse
How do I know if I can grow watermelon in my area outside or if it has to be in a greenhouse? I have watermelon seeds that have just sprouted, but I don’t know if I have to grow them in the planters in my garden outside, or if I have to grow them in my greenhouse. I am a little worried about planting them since the two plants I bought last year died on me and they were in the greenhouse. Granted, I think it was because some birds got into my greenhouse and ate them, but please help me.
Also, if they are in my greenhouse, which doesn’t get very warm unless the sun is actually out, how much do I have to water them? And would I have to pollinate them or something to make sure they grow fruit this year.

Starting seeds in the greenhouse is fine, but once it's warm enough outside, I would move the plants outdoors. Watermelons need lots of room to grow and they will also need pollinators to fruit. Here is more information on growing and caring for these plants, as well as info for hardening off the young plants: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/garden-how-to/seeds/how-to-harden-off-your-seedlings.htm, https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/fruits/watermelon/growing-watermelon.htm, https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/fruits/watermelon/growing-watermelons-containers.htm, https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/fruits/watermelon/watering-watermelon.htm
