Q.how do I keep the small animals from eating my sunflower seedlings

Zone Derby, CT 06418 | Anonymous added on June 25, 2020 | Answered

Every year I will start sunflowers from seeds, once they are approximately 2-3″ I will transplant them. However, over the next week after transplanting the small chipmunks, squirrels, etc will pluck from the soil and eat the roots.
