How do i keep antelope from eating my sunflowers!

Question

I need a plant that is very quick and easy to grow that repels antelope mainly, but squirrels are also a problem. I live in Cheyenne, Wy and there are antelope that are everywhere and eat everything. We live on base, so we cannot put up fencing, etc. Please help asap! These animals are very domesticated, almost like cows and do not scare easily like deer.

There are repellents on the market that can be sprayed or sprinkled on the ground.
I have heard of some luck with aluminum pie plates tied to stakes with a fish line. They are placed near the plants and the wind, reflection and noise can scare off the animals.
