How do I get hibiscus plants to come back after a freeze?

My hibiscus plants froze this past winter. How do I get them to come back?

The sad fact is, you can’t get them to come back if they’re dead. However, many plants can suffer cold damage, and still regrow if the roots have not been damaged. You can only wait to see if you get new growth in the spring.
