Q.How do I fix the yellowing leaf problem on my gardenia bush?

Zone 9 central florida | jtitsch added on June 24, 2012 | Answered

I planted my gardenia bush in a pot. A few of the leaves near the middle of the plant have started to turn yellow. The pot has good drainage and it faces west. I planted it in miracle grow potting soil.

Yellow leaves normally signal that the plant is under some type of stress. In order to remedy the problem, you must first try to pinpoint the issue. This article should help you with that: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/flowers/gardenia/helping-a-gardenia-bush-with-yellow-leaves.htm
