Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comAfter a VERY cold winter, my tree has started turning brown. I live in Myrtle Beach, SC and have been told that I have the prettiest tree in our neighborhood. We keep having to remove fronds that are turning brown and they continue to do so. What can I do? HELP
