I didn't find anything that said they had invasive roots; however, the publication below did not describe them as foundation trees. Any tree should ideally be 15 feet from the house. If your tree is 30 years old, though, and you don't have any issues, I wouldn't worry about it. Their growth slows when they reach maturity. If they are growing into the roof, you may consider pruning.
