Q.How Can My Watermelon Plant Have Watermelon Flowers And Courgette-type Flowers And Leaves Growing From Same Stem?
I have a watermelon plant in a pot. All was going well and we had lots of watermelon leaves and flowers growing but then i noticed one of the branches of the plant had different shaped leaves and flowers that look more like courgettes. How can this be and what should I do?

It must be a freak of nature because different species can't cross pollinate. A mutation may also be possible. I suggest cutting off the errant branch.
