How Can I Protect Palm Trees In Maryland For The Winter?

They are in my sister’s back yard by her pool. They are planted in pots. They grew well and would like to save them next year due to the expense. Any suggestions on how to keep them would be appreciated! Thank you!

In zone 7 this will depend on the exact palm in questions. Some can survive with some help, while others will need to go inside for the winter. If you suspect that you have one that can be wrapped to survive, as can hardier palms, then this may be the way to go.
