How Can I Have My Bird of Paradise Make Flowers? Please Advice

I have a small garden in Cairo, Egypt. My bird of paradise is big enough. I bought it one year ago and since it never comes to bloom. (It’s tall is about 80cm and looks healthy) It receives about 6 hours of sun daily.
