How Can I Get Rid Of Blue Bells. It Is Coming Up All Over My Border

every year I dig up my bluebells but most of the time the bulbs are buried deep they looks nice and beautiful in the spring time but I only want them to come up in an area that i want but its spreading more each year. how can it be controlled?
