How can I get rid of bee fly ( fly looks alike bee but smaller in size) is destroying all my cucumbers ?. What can I do for that . Some one suggested me the trappings, is that possible?

It sounds like Sweat Bees, that actually may be helping to pollinate your cucumbers.
You may want to look closer to see if you have another pest causing the damage.
Cucumber Beetles are one of several that can love to dine on your cucumbers.
