You will just have to be patient and wait for you tree to grow.
The size of the tree and it’s width will depend on the location, growing pattern and the cultivator you have planted.
Did you save the tag that came with your plant? This will have the name of the tree variety and it’s specific height and width at maturity listed.
In the mean time provide your tree the best care possible!
