How Can I Find A Good Landscaper? We Need To Zero Scape And Re-sod Our Lawns. Thank You.

I don’t know what to look for in a good landscaper. Should they be accredited or have college degrees? Will they provide a garden plan? Will I get good information with just a consult. How much do I spend for this? How many consultations will I need? Thank you.
