How Can I Bring My Washington Navel Back to Normal

I planted a 15 gallon Washington navel orange tree. It started to lose all the leaves and then, all the flowers with fruit. Some branches turned brown and died. I have watered it and also used root stimulator. How can the tree be saved?

It sounds like it may be suffering from a lack of water. If it became over dry for a period, then it would react this way. Or if there is a problem with the roots, this could also cause this.
