How ca I decrease the ph level of an over fertilized soil

I have 300 of blueberry bushes. My problem is that they are growing too slowly.
In 2014 I planted them in pots in peat ( 60% ), sawdust (20% ) and sand ( 20% ) and mulch them with sawdust. In 2014 they showed symptoms of over fertilization, but than I did not recognize them. The man whence I buy fertilizer said that is Phomopsis and I trated them for Phomopsis. Now I think it wasn’t Phomopsis, but over fertilization. In this spring I thought that maybe the ph is not good although on the package of peat that I used it’s written a ph of 4.2-4.5. So I did an analysis of soil and I was terrified. The ph was over 6 and the nutrients were 30-40 times higher. It seems that the gentleman that purchase the fertilizers not advised me well at all. The amount of fertilizer was too high
Thus I lost a hundred of them in 2015 and in 2016 I replaced them with another new ones. The new ones have big and shiny leaf and the old have small tarnished green leaf.
After I received the soil analysis I have not applied anything at my bushes. The good thing was that it rained a lot in this period.
I read a lot about how to decrease the ph, but I don’t know which method to apply and in what dose because my blueberry bushes have two problems : ph and over fertilization. So please help me !
look forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully,
Simona Marin
