How big of a pot do I need for a fig tree?

I am considering getting a fig tree for my garden from Burgess. It is the biblical fig tree 6 feet tall with no specified spread. I have very limited sunny space in my garden. How big of a pot would I need for this fig tree? Would I have to repot often?

The pot size really depends on how large your fig tree is to start with, but a 10-20 gallon size pot should work nicely.
