Where can I purchase saplings of the above,and also Asparagus plumosus fern.

We don't make vendor recommendations but your county extension agent might. You may be able to find them in an online nursery. Make sure it is a reputable nursery and not an individual selling them. The fern is often sold in florist shops. I see it in garden nurseries in the houseplant section. Here is information on the rangoon vine. I did not find info about a bush type.
