How and when to prune mint

Zone South east Georgia | Brian J added on May 21, 2015 | Answered

So it is late May and getting really hot. My mint bed (4ft by 4ft) has grown to about 3ft tall and appears to be dying back, maybe a lack of water. Is now a good time to go ahead and cut back? Thank you.
