How and When Should I Prune Wiegala Bushes

How and when should I prune wiegala bushes? Mine grow very tall. I couldn’t find the answer to this question although the site says it was answered, and to scroll down to see it. I did, but all I saw was my question. I must be doing something wrong. I checked my email for an answer but there was nothing there except a “thank you for answering a question. . . ” Where should I look for the answer?
