How do I transplant an orchid?  Do I cut long feelers coming up?

You must transplant them to a larger container with some specially made orchid mix. They will not survive well in regular soil. Only cut the aerial roots that are brown and shriveled. Also do NOT cut the flowering stalk, as they will shoot new flowers from this.
