Hot Pepper Plants Dropping Leaves and Fruit

Leaves are getting brown areas which have a spot at the center and seem to “bleed” out from there. Leaves and fruit are dropping. Saw a single small spider on plant but no nests under leaves. We’ve been fighting drought conditions but have watered regularly and recently have gotten good rain. Any ideas?

It has a fungus. Treat the plants with a fungicide and that should help.
