Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comMy bell pepper plants and hot pepper plants are all severed at ground level. No rabbit or deer tracks are near. What could be the cause of this?? About 60 of my plants are sticks at ground level with the plant top laying next to to them.
