Q.Hostas
My Hostas have not returned this spring. I have had them for years without any problems. What could be going on?

It is possible that they will begin growing later and they are just delayed this year. Also, hostas are hardy in gardening zones 3-9, so if you are outside or right on the edge of those zones, an excessively cold or excessively warm winter could have killed them. Voles can also eat hosta roots, and rabbits can eat the young shoots as they come up through the soil.
