Can I grow Hosta plant inside as a houseplant?

Sure, you'll just need to prepare the pots carefully and follow the guidelines in this article very closely:

If you already have hostas growing outside and thriving, you'll want to mimic those sun conditions for the hostas that you grow in your house. Just because hostas are shade-loving plants doesn't mean they need zero sun at all, so you may have to experiment a little with placement.
