Horseradish Leaves

Is it ok to cut the leaves very low to allow sunlight to reach the rest of my vegetables more easily? And can the leaves be used as a ground cover/weed reducer?

You can cut a few, but don’t take too many. The leaves are what gather energy and energy is what help make the horseradish root grow.

Yes, you can use the leaves as a weed reducer on the ground.
