Horseradish Blooming

After many years of raising horseradish, this is the first year it blossomed little white flowers. Do I break these down as we do with rhubarb or let them dry up and leave them alone?

Taking the flowers off forces the plant to focus more on the roots, which is what you want to harvest, instead of flowers and then seeds. So it is helpful to prune the flowers.
