Q.Hong Kong Orchid

Zone San Diego, CA | eaglecj added on December 26, 2017 | Answered

My Hong Kong Orchid tree is about 8 feet tall. I’m not sure how old it is, although I planted it about 3 years ago. It has always bloomed, but didn’t this year. How can I improve blooming?

If this is not fertilized at least once per year, then I would likely point this to be the problem. It would not hurt to fertilize this with a slow release all purpose fertilizer at least once per year.
