Honeysuckle

Question

Some leaves are curling and there are black crusty “seed like” areas on the flowers. One stem has yellowing leaves. I do not see any living aphids on the plant and there are no signs of mildew.

Aphids can be very difficult to see, but the description you give of the curled leaves is likely just that, Aphids. Treat the vine with Neem Oil.
