Honey suckle

My honey suckle is a bush. It looked beautiful earlier in the Spring now it has lost all its blooms and has dropped a lot of leaves around the bottom. What do I do?

Some leaf drop is normal but excess leaf drop could be due to overwatering, dry soil or pests and disease.
Check the soil for moisture levels.
Inspect leaves and treat with Neem Oil if you find pests.

Make sure the soil is well draining.
Avoid any mulch touching the base of the plant.
