Hollyhocks

Planted three bulbs this spring. Have an enormus amount of green foliage, no flowers and only about

12-18 inches tall. Fertilized once with Miracle Grow. What do I need to do ?

Hollyhocks can be biennial, meaning they bloom in their 2nd year after planting.
