Yellow spots on top and bottom of hollyhocks

My hollyhocks are prone to this problem, too. It's Hollyhock Rust Disease; it's a fungus. This site has information about it: Hollyhock Rust Treatment: How to Control Hollyhock Rust in Gardens.
