hollyhock plug plants

i have bought 12 hollyhock plugs (Chaters double mixed ) they are about 4 inches high looking very healthy when should i plant into the ground, please .

When they can go out depends on where you live. If you are in upper Minnesota, it isn’t time. In my zone 6a, established hollyhocks are starting to emerge.
