Holly leaf spot

I had an Oregon Grape Holly with bad leaf spot. So black were the leaves the ground was covered with fallen ones. Now my Dogwood that was next to is getting brown spots on the leaves and some of them are curling. I want the Dogwood to be healthy. What is its problem and how can I help it along to a healthy state? Thank you.

This is likely due to black spot fungus, which can affect many types of plants. Neem oil is an effective treatment for this fungus,as well as other types, and will help with pest too. Here is more information: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/plant-problems/disease/black-spot-fungus.htm [1]
