Holes on Bok Choy Leaves

I have small and large holes on my bok choy plant leaves. Do you know what is causing this? And how to I remedy the problem?

Slugs are the usual suspects when there are holes but no pests to be found. They only come out at night, so they are hard to spot. This article will help:
