Holes in zz leaves?

I have 3 ZZ plants inside my house. Two of them are doing perfectly fine. One of them seems to have holes continually appearing in random leaves… almost as if something is nibbling on it? I cannot figure out what it could. I don’t see any insects on the plant and neither of my other two ZZ are having this issue!

Can you include a photo? This can help me to see what is going on here. Are there any other symptoms, or sap on the plant?
