Holes in raised beds

Question

Some critter has dug holes in my veg garden and leaves mounds of dirt. Can you tell what the animal is and how to get rid of it? It’s ruined all my squash, along with the vine borers. What can coming that high? Holes are also in the ground where my lower raised beds are.
