Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI have small holes bored into the branches of my wisteria. Also, I have large areas in which the outside bark has been stripped and I have white scaly looking spots on the branches. How do I identify what they are and get rid of them? My wisteria seems to be dying off quickly.
